Arrive at Sir Seretse Khama Airport in Gaborone. If time allows explore the Main Mall market and enjoy an enchanting sunset at the Mokolodi Game Reserve which is on the outskirts of Gaborone

Explore Gaborone’s many historical sites including Boer War battlefields and take a cruise to see the local Nile crocodiles.

Drive north to Francistown exploring the many monuments and historical sites along the way. Stop at the Foley riverbed, where diamonds were first discovered in Botswana.

Spend the morning exploring the vibrant city of Francistown before setting off to spend the afternoon at the famous Domboshaba archaeological ruins.

Enjoy a morning out at a traditional Kalanga cattle post or masimo (farm) before traveling further North to the quiet village of Gweta where a village tour, more cultural activities and a sunset picnic amongst the baobabs await you.

Wake up at the crack of dawn to search for the adorable meerkats of the Makgakgadi Pans. Then head back east to explore Nata. Enjoy a drive or bike ride around Nata Bird Sanctuary. End your day at Elephant Sands where dinner with elephants awaits you.

Drive to Kasane through the vast open plains and forests of the northern forest reserve also popularly known as the elephant highway. If you have time, you can stop in Pandamatenga to see the boundary fence designed to control entry of wildlife. Arrive in time to take an afternoon game drive at the Chobe National Park.

DAY 7: Your last day. You have a choice of 3 different guided tours packages which include a cultural day or a day at the Victoria Falls next door in Zimbabwe. Or spend the day exploring some of Kasane’s own interesting outdoor activities such as the Caracal Wildlife Centre and the Chobe Bream Aquaculture Farm.
